What Clients Say

«The bot books appointments while I'm with a client. It checks my schedule and confirms the slot in under a minute. I haven't touched the phone for bookings in months.» — Irina S., Salon Manager, Krasnodar
«We had 22% no-shows before Stexa. Now the bot confirms every appointment 24h before. No-shows are down to 7%. Revenue impact is significant.» — Alexey G., Clinic Director, Yekaterinburg

Часто задаваемые вопросы

How does voice booking work technically?
The bot connects to your scheduling system via API, reads available slots in real time and books the chosen slot during the call. The client gets a confirmation immediately. Your schedule updates instantly.
Does the bot prevent double bookings?
Yes. The bot reads live data — if a slot gets booked while another client is on the line, it won't be offered. Availability is checked in real time at the moment of booking.
Can clients book with a specific staff member?
Yes. The bot asks for staff preference, checks that person's availability and books accordingly. If unavailable, it offers the nearest alternative or a waiting list.
What scheduling systems does Stexa integrate with?
Stexa integrates with most Russian scheduling systems via API. For systems without a native connector, a webhook integration is available. Setup takes 1-3 days.
How do clients confirm or cancel their booking?
The bot calls clients 24h and 2h before the appointment to confirm. If they cancel, the slot is freed immediately and offered to waiting clients.
