How is call data encrypted?
All personal data — phone numbers, names, call recordings, booking data — is stored with industrial-grade encryption. Encryption keys are unique per tenant and never shared.
Are call recordings stored? For how long?
Call recordings are stored encrypted and accessible only to your account administrators. Retention period is configurable. You can delete recordings at any time from the dashboard.
Does Stexa collect voice consent from clients?
Yes. The bot informs clients that the call is being recorded and processed by AI at the start of each conversation. Consent is logged automatically.
Can we use Stexa for healthcare under FZ-323?
Stexa does not store medical information — only booking data (name, phone, appointment time). Healthcare businesses should verify compliance with their legal counsel. A data processing agreement is available.
